Aussitôt reçu, déjà utilisé pour une panne électrique de environ 4 heures. Je l'ai utilisé avec propane. Démarrage facile, utilisation facile. Je peux opérer tout ce que j'ai besoin à la maison sauf naturellement mon spa et plancher radiant. C'est une très bonne sécurité car on a de plus en plus de panne électrique. Je crois pouvoir garder cette génératrice pour très longtemps

J’ai fait l’achat d’une WGEN11500TFC, le délai de livraison et la qualité des échanges téléphoniques ont été excellents. La génératrice est raccordée sur un combo de deux réservoirs de propane de 320 lbs. Fonctionnement sans souci. Alexandre, Mike et Tristan ont le service client à cœur!
