What should I do in the first hours?
For the first 5 hours, do not exceed half of the rated power. First oil change after 25 hours, then every 50 hours.

Returns follow the store's return policy, fees included.

During the repair:
- GenExpert lends you a generator, with no deposit;
- pickup and delivery can take up to 20 business days. The repair time itself cannot be guaranteed;
- in an emergency, you can pick up the loaner by bringing your generator in.
The manufacturer does not cover damage caused by maintenance that does not follow the manual, or by stale fuel.
