Don't fear the weather anymore. Run your generator in the storm.

The Westinghouse iGenTent is more than just a cover. It's an engineered running enclosure designed to allow your inverter generator to safely produce power even in heavy rain, snowstorms, or high winds.

Why is this essential?

  • Rain Operation: Designed to withstand up to 12 inches of rain per day and 18 inches of snow, keeping electrical components dry.

  • Smart Ventilation: Unlike a tarp, it has superior ventilation to prevent engine overheating and carbon monoxide buildup.

  • Easy Access: An integrated refueling door allows you to refuel without disassembling the cover.

Universal Compatibility: Fits all Westinghouse and other brands of encased inverter generators with a perimeter less than 124 inches (315 cm).

Fear the Weather No More: Total Protection in Operation

The Westinghouse iGenTent is the ultimate solution for safely using your inverter generator, no matter what Mother Nature throws your way. Unlike standard storage covers, this storm shelter is designed to remain on the generator while it's running, protecting sensitive electrical components while allowing adequate ventilation.

🛡️ Extreme Weather Resistance

Designed to withstand harsh climates, the iGenTent has been tested to resist:

  • High Winds: Holds up against gusts up to 112 km/h (70 mph).
  • Heavy Rain: Waterproof up to 12 inches of rain per day.
  • Heavy Snow: Withstands a snow load of up to 18 inches per day, ideal for Quebec's winter storms.

⚙️ Smart and Practical Design

  • Cooling Ventilation: The vented top allows hot engine air to escape naturally, preventing overheating.
  • Refueling Door: Need to refuel? An easy-access flap allows you to fill up without having to remove the cover.
  • Quick Installation: Installs in minutes without any tools thanks to its simple and robust frame system.

📏 Universal Compatibility (Inverters)

This cover is designed to fit most enclosed inverter generators on the market, not just Westinghouse.

  • Compatibility: Fits models with a perimeter of less than 124 inches (315 cm).
  • How to Measure? Perimeter = (2 x Length) + (2 x Width). Do not include wheels or handles.

Why is it essential?
In the event of a power outage caused by a storm, you need to get your generator outside. The iGenTent is the only safe way to do this without risking damage to the electronics from water or snow.
