The Ultimate Shelter for Your Portable Generator.

The Westinghouse WGenTent allows your open-frame portable generator to operate safely in rain, snow, and wind. Never risk damaging your power source during storms again.

Why is it essential?

  • Operation in Rain: Withstands 12 inches of rain per day and 18 inches of snow.

  • Optimized Ventilation: Designed to allow the engine to breathe while blocking water.

  • Easy Access: Integrated refueling port for refueling without disassembling the shelter.

Compatibility: Fits open-frame generators with a perimeter between 80 and 107 inches (203 to 271 cm).

  • Compatible with Westinghouse WGen series, but also most other standard brands.

Ultimate Protection for Your Portable Generator

Don't let a storm leave you without power. The Westinghouse WGenTent is a robust running shelter designed specifically for open frame portable generators. Unlike a simple storage cover, it allows your generator to operate safely in rain, snow, and wind.

🛡️ Certified Weather Resistance

Tested to withstand the most severe weather conditions:

  • High Winds: Withstands gusts up to 70 mph (112 km/h).
  • Heavy Rain: Waterproof up to 12 inches (30 cm) of rain per day.
  • Heavy Snow: Supports a snow load of up to 18 inches per day. Essential for Quebec winters.

⚙️ Practical and Durable Design

  • Optimized Ventilation: The ventilated top ensures natural engine cooling to prevent overheating.
  • Easy Access: A large side door allows for refueling and access to the electrical panel without exposing the machine to the elements.
  • Quick Installation: Installs in minutes with a tool-free attachment system.

📏 Compatibility (Open Frame)

Designed to fit most open frame portable generators on the market.

  • Compatible with: Westinghouse WGen series (up to model 11500) and the ecoGen10000 series.
  • Universal Fit: Suitable for generators with a perimeter between 80" and 107" (203 cm to 271 cm).
  • How to measure? Perimeter = (2 x Length) + (2 x Width). Do not include wheels or handles.

Why choose the WGenTent?
Because a generator is useless if you can't run it outdoors when it rains. With the WGenTent, you're assured of power, no matter the weather.
